I’m Sarvesh Saxena — a Barrister* (Gray’s Inn, London), Chartered Management Accountant, and Harvard Business School alumnus. My path has not been straightforward. I started with limited opportunities, navigating uncertainty and learning to rely on clear thinking, persistence, and adaptability rather than credentials alone.
Over the years, I’ve delivered transformation programmes exceeding USD 500M for organisations such as Novartis, Serco, and State Street, and worked alongside teams from McKinsey and Deloitte. I also founded Ace Forensic in Switzerland, where I gained first-hand experience in positioning value and winning work in competitive markets.
